Baker's Dozen Press wholesale policy
Baker’s Dozen Press seeks to provide a wholesale policy that is fair to all parties and allows our wholesale customers the opportunity to earn a reasonable profit with little risk. In this way, we become partners in bringing valuable books to our readers.
Wholesale customers may purchase Baker’s Dozen Press books at a 40% discount from the retail list price.
With a minimum purchase of 5 books of the same title in one order, the customer will receive one free copy for use as a display copy. The customer is limited to one free copy per title per 12-month period.
The customer pays shipping at cost.
For sales within the state of Massachusetts, the customer will be charged sales tax unless the customer provides a sales tax exemption form at the time of the order.
Payment terms are net 30 days.
The customer may return unsold books, only if they are in new condition, for a full refund within one year of the invoice date.
Baker’s Dozen Press books may not be resold at a price higher than the retail list price, which is available on the Baker's Dozen Press website.
